![]() ![]() one in the morning, 1 before workout and 1 after.Īs far as protein shakes i been just buying muscle milk while waiting for my syntha-6 to come in the mail (amazon had better price) should be here today or tomorrow. drinking loads of water (i dont drink anything else, soda etc) and about 2-3 protein shakes a day. right now im eating every 2-3 hours, lots of protein, carbs early in the day, etc. ![]() My diet is alright, i eat pretty decent, im not doing the p90x diet because i cant afford it. my goal is to buff up a bit, but not get too heavy. So im doing p90x but i have a couple of questions as far as diet, supplements, and repsįor starters im 155lbs at 6'1" (dont know my bf%) - im underweight though.
